With a team passionate about financial excellence and dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals, we bring extensive experience in both the nonprofit and small business sectors. Over the years, we have honed our skills in financial and accounting operations, payroll administration, and human resource management. Our goal-driven and analytical approach ensures the performance of financial operations is maximized, focusing on account reconciliation, financial management system improvement, internal control implementation, and cost reduction.

We have successfully led month-end close processes, managed financial reporting, and collaborated with program managers to optimize budget allocation and develop grant budgets. Additionally, we have worked extensively with external accountants to complete audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial accuracy. Our experience in the nonprofit sector has equipped us with a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges these organizations face, and we are committed to ensuring financial transparency and compliance.

Working with small businesses has allowed us to provide strategic financial planning, vendor management, and employee performance evaluations. We have had the opportunity to implement innovative solutions, enhance internal controls, and improve overall financial health. Furthermore, as the owner and operator of a family-owned restaurant, we gained hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, financial planning, and customer relations, which has deepened our understanding of small business challenges and solutions.

Our team is led by a seasoned professional with a Master of Business Administration from Spring Hill College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alabama State University. This solid foundation has provided the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to excel in financial management and consulting.

Outside of professional life, our leader enjoys spending quality time with their husband and two kids. They love engaging in outdoor activities such as visiting the farmers market and enjoying nature. Reading is another passion, and their current favorite book is "The 5 AM Club," which has inspired them to embrace early mornings and maximize productivity.
